7/19 Sarah attended the NY premiere of the new movie How To Deal on July 16 with her sisters Emily and Taylor. Check out pictures on Wire Image.com (search for "Sarah Hughes").
6/26 According to this link at Disney Corporate Press, Sarah will be reading a story called "Owl Babies" on Radio Disney tomorrow, June 27, at 1:00pm EST. For more information on how to find the Radio Disney station near you, check out RadioDisney.com.
5/6 Sarah was on the Today Show this morning discussing the Stamp Out Hunger Drive and her decision to go to Yale.

3/3 Sarah will be competing in the 2003 Campbell’s International Figure Skating Classic on October 3, 2003 at Madison Square Garden in NYC. Check out the USFSA site for more information. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 7 at noon.
2/5 Sarah will be inducted into the Jewish Sports Hall of Fame on Sunday, April 6. There will be a permament display on Sarah at the Hall of Fame, located at The Suffolk Y Jewish Community Center in Commack, NY.

"Ice Skating Magazine" Volume 1, Issue 4, (Katarina Witt cover) Sarah is mentioned in "The Skating Times" section, and the crossword puzzle.
"Skating Magazine" February 2003 issue, Sarah and Robin Wagner are pictured on the cover, sitting in the Kiss and Cry area after the short program at the Olympics.
The back cover has an advertisement for ABC sports and has a photo of her from The Campbell's competition.
There is also a full page ad for COI with Sarah and a few of the other Champions,

2/1 In the latest People Magazine (Feb. 10, 2003), there is a one page article on Sarah's younger sister Emily, along with two pictures: one sharpening her skates and one with Sarah. The article is on page 116.
1/27 Sarah will not be competing at the Four Continents Championship in Beijing.

1/13 According to this Newsday article, Sarah will be writing the forward to Vincent Ropatte's book, "Cool Hair: A Teenager's Guide to the Best Beauty Secrets of Hair, Makeup and Style". The book is due to come out later this year and the proceeds from the book will help support research for children with life-threatening diseases.
1/12 The start orders for the short program at Nationals have been drawn. Click here to see when Sarah will skate. Also, check out the junior ladies start order to see when Sarah's sister, Emily, will skate.
12/29 Sarah is featured in TIME magazine and Sports Illustrated in their 'pictures of the year' sections. In Sports Illustrated, there is a full page picture of her in the kiss and cry with Robin watching the marks come up for the long program. In TIME, there is a double full page picture of Sarah gliding towards Robin off the ice in shock.
12/27 Sarah came in third in the AP Athlete of the Year voting behind Serena Williams and Annika Sorenstam. Sarah received 12 first place votes with a total of 158 points. Check out this NY Times article for more information.
12/14 On today's broadcast of the Crest Whitestrips International Skating Challenge on ABC, Sarah announced that she has been accepted early admission to Harvard University!
11/28 Sarah has been named to the 2003 Chevrolet/USFSA Scholastic Honors Team. There will be a ceremony for the team at Nationals on January 20.
Sarah is mentioned in Adam Sandler's new Chanukah Song 3. You can check out clips of the song on Adam Sandler.com.
11/15 Sarah has been confirmed for the International Figure Skating Challenge at The Palace of Auburn Hills on December 13. She will be competing against Irina Slutskaya, Sasha Cohen, Fumie Suguri, Ann Patrice McDonough, and Jenny Kirk.
11/12 Sarah will be competing in the Hallmark Skaters Championship on December 14th in Columbus, Ohio, competing against Yuka Sato and Nicole Bobek. The competition will air live on NBC.
11/8 According to an ad in the current issue of SI for Women, Sarah will be honored as Sportswoman of the Year by the March of Dimes at their 19th Annual Sports Luncheon on Wednesday, December 4 2002 at the Waldorf=Astoria Grand Ballroom in NYC.
10/28 Sarah is on the cover of Christine Brennan's new book, Champions on Ice: 25 Years with the World's Finest Figure Skaters. The book will be in stores tomorrow, but you can order it now on Amazon.com.
10/18 Sarah will not be competing in Skate America or Skate Canada due to a muscle tear behind her right knee. Check out this USA Today article for more details.
10/5 Sarah is a contender for Sports Illustrated's Sportsman of the year. Check out her profile page. She is nominated against Lance Armstrong, Barry Bonds, Tom Brady, Shaquille O'Neal, and Serena Williams.
