Interviewer: Peter Carruthers (PC) (with Sasha Cohen as well)
PC: Two knock out performances from Americans Sasha Cohen and Sarah Hughes. (((talks to Sasha))). Sarah-exact same situation with you; you hit your triple flip, Maria Butyrskaya ahead of you also. What are your thoughts?
Sarah: Well, I didn't see anybody skate because I skated second to last in this group and I'm really happy with how I skated. It's an improvement since last time. I came here to skate the best I can and so I'm very happy with myself.
PC: Well, do you both feel you're in a good position going into the free program?
Sarah: Yeah, I'm very pleased with my short and now I'm concentrating on my long.
